This suggests that the product is easy to use and effective in hair removal. Another customer asks about delays in delivery, to which another customer responds that their item was not delayed. This indicates that delivery delays could be attributed to the delivery company rather than the product itself. The placement of the professional protector wax cardboard ring is also asked about. The response states that it should be placed on the bucket and lipped edge under the lid. This information is helpful for users who may have difficulties with installation or setup. Cleaning the wax pot is also addressed in the FAQ section, with the suggestion of using warm soapy water. The customer response advises that the pot may need to soak for a while depending on how waxy it is. This indicates that the cleaning process may require some time and effort. In summary, the Wax Warmer by Vaxy seems to be a user-friendly and effective hair removal solution. Customers have positive experiences with its use and report that it is easy to clean. However, potential buyers should be aware that delivery delays could occur, which may be beyond the control of the product or the company.
