Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Casein Slow Digesting Protein Powder With Zinc, Magnesium And Naturally Occurring Glutamine And Amino Acids, Creamy Vanilla, 28 Servings, 0.92 Kg offers a protein source that is enriched with vitamins and minerals, making it particularly beneficial for muscle growth. Users rave about its ability to keep them feeling full overnight, which is ideal for those undertaking late-night workouts or fasting. While some reviewers appreciated its creamy texture and taste when mixed with almond or hazelnut milk, others found the initial flavor experience less appealing, suggesting it requires adjustment. Overall, this protein powder provides great nutrition but may differ in taste preference among users.
