Answer: Im pretty sure it is 800w because I had the previous model which was 600w, and this one is far more powerful, and the best on the market. I was so pleased with it I bought a second one as a gift for a friend! -

Answer: This is very lightweight and picks up well. I use it on my stairs but not with the long handle as I find it easier with the handheld section, it is compact enough for narrow stairs yes. -
