The tow bar is compatible with a variety of bikes but may face challenges fitting modern designs without additional modifications, such as adaptors for certain frame styles. Some customers reported difficulties with the assembly instructions, yet once set up, they appreciated the product's overall sturdiness, despite it being a little bulky. Customer service experiences have been highlighted positively, with quick resolutions for issues encountered.
