**** The INNOVA RS bi-directional diagnostic tool is positioned as a comprehensive vehicle diagnostic solution at an appealing price point. Many customers have expressed satisfaction with the array of options and features available in this device, highlighting its advanced functionality compared to cheaper alternatives. However, user experiences vary widely, particularly concerning the software integration and usability outside the United States. Some users noted that while the scanner performs well for basic diagnostics, the reliance on a specific mobile app limits its functionality for international customers. For those residing outside the USA, the inability to access the app means the scanner falls short of its potential, reducing it to basic scanning functionality similar to less expensive models. Customers expressed frustration with lack of software availability and support, especially when they encountered technical problems and unrecognized vehicle models. In particular, issues were reported with connection errors on certain Nissan models and limited functionality with certain BMW features. Despite the solid build quality and potential for strong performance, these limitations led to disappointment for some users, particularly those seeking more robust diagnostic capabilities for a wider range of vehicles. Overall, the INNOVA RS tool garners mixed reviews, appealing to DIY enthusiasts who can capitalize on its capabilities but faces significant drawbacks regarding international usability and software support. **
