JBL PROFESSIONAL IRX-115S-Y3 Subwoofer for IRX-108BT-Y3 / IRX-112BT-Y3 Portable PA System Subwoofer with Built-in Amplifier

The JBL Professional IRX-108BT-Y3 Portable PA System has received mixed feedback from users who appreciate its sound quality and portability but have raised some concerns regarding Bluetooth connectivity and operational convenience. Many customers have found the audio performance to be excellent, especially for speech and music applications, reporting that the sound is clear and crisp. The ability to adjust sound quality based on usage—whether for speeches or music—is seen as a significant advantage, making it versatile for various events. Portability is a highlight as the system is lightweight, which facilitates easy transport and setup at different venues. However, users have noted some challenges with the Bluetooth function; although it supports the latest version 5.0, it only utilizes the SBC codec. This limitation can lead to audio latency, particularly when watching videos, detracting from the overall experience for those who prioritize seamless audio-video synchronization. Setting up Bluetooth can be cumbersome, especially when attempting to connect multiple devices or when using stereo functions, as users reported delays during pairing. While some appreciated the convenience of Bluetooth for casual listening, they indicated that using a direct cable connection might yield better sound quality. In addition, the stability of the unit when mounted on a tripod has been questioned, as some users found it wobbly due to the absence of a stopper. Overall, the JBL Professional IRX-108BT-Y3 seems to be a solid choice for those looking for a portable PA system with high sound quality, but Prospective buyers should Consider the limitations associated with its Bluetooth connectivity and setup process. **
