El autor, Isidoro Berral Montero, ingeniero de Telecomunicación por la Universidad de Málaga y catedrático de Sistemas Electrónicos, es docente de Ciclos Formativos de la familia profesional de Electricidad y Electrónica con más de 30 años de experiencia. Además, es autor de otras obras de formación publicadas por esta editorial.
