ILM Helmet Visors 902 Editorial Review
The ILM Helmet Colorful Visor for Model 902, 902L, and 902BT has garnered a mixed reception from customers primarily revolving around its installation ease and practicality. Users unanimously agree that replacing the visor is a hassle-free process, taking just a few minutes and requiring minimal tools. The visor fits well and retains all the functionality of the original, sliding smoothly up and down for convenience. Many users praised it as an affordable option, costing around $19.95, and appreciated its ability to protect against sun glare and debris during rides. Conversely, the visor's durability has raised concerns among customers. Several reviews highlighted that the visor scratches easily, diminishing visibility and leading some users to ultimately replace their helmets due to frustration with repeated damage. Additionally, fogging has become another point of criticism, with some users noting that the visor's clarity diminishes quickly after purchase, affecting performance during rides. Overall, while the ILM Helmet Colorful Visor is celebrated for its simple installation and reasonable price, its susceptibility to scratches and fogging has overshadowed some of its initial positives. **
