Kuject Wire Strippers CTWS001 Editorial Review
The Kuject Wire Stripper and Crimping Tool Kit has garnered a mixed but generally favorable reception from Consumers, particularly those engaged in light-duty DIY electrical work. Users appreciate the self-adjusting wire strippers, which manage to strip solid wires effortlessly up to 12 gauge, although they note that while capable of handling 10 gauge wire, it might not be reliable for repeated use at that gauge. The crimpers have been highlighted as performing well on stranded wire, making them a solid companion for light tasks. Several reviewers have pointed out that while the kit is an excellent value for home use, some features leave room for improvement. The depth stop for the wire stripper has been criticized for its flimsy plastic Construction, which may not withstand professional applications. Additionally, some users found that the size of the tool set was slightly larger than other auto-strippers they've used, which can be a drawback in confined working spaces. The overall build quality appears suitable for casual users, though more intensive use might necessitate a more robust pair of strippers and crimpers. Despite these caveats, many reviewers feel the kit is a worthwhile investment for beginners and hobbyists. The form-fitting blow-mold case has received mixed feedback; some believe it adds to the organization of tools while others feel it is not necessary. Nevertheless, the set serves its purpose well for personal projects around the house. **
