Nutritionist's Take
Kirkland Signature Vitamin C 1000mg with Rose Hips is generally well-regarded among nutritionists for its high dosage of Vitamin C, a vital antioxidant known for supporting immune function and skin health. The addition of Rose Hips may enhance absorption and provides additional antioxidants and phytochemicals. However, some experts caution against excessive Vitamin C intake, as it may lead to gastrointestinal discomfort in sensitive individuals. While the ingredient quality is typically high in Kirkland products, it’s important for consumers to evaluate their individual dietary needs and consult with a healthcare professional if they have specific health conditions. This supplement can be a beneficial addition for those looking to boost their Vitamin C intake, but it should not replace a balanced diet. Overall, it can be a healthy choice when consumed appropriately.
