8 Chords 100 Songs Worship Guitar Songbook: 8 Simple Chords, 100 Great Songs - Third Edition

The 8 Chords 100 Songs Worship Guitar Songbook is marketed as an easy-to-use guide for guitar players looking to learn and play well-known worship songs. The third edition of this songbook contains a wide range of songs that include hymns, patriotic songs, and contemporary Christian music. However, the book has received mixed reviews from customers. Some reviewers have praised the book's ability to provide simple chords for well-known songs, with one reviewer stating that the book was "ALL I needed to get me going on the songs I know, but needed the chords!" Another reviewer mentioned that the book is a great resource for novice guitar players who have some basic skills, as most of the songs are playable with just eight simple chords. However, other reviewers have criticised the book's layout and lack of detail, with one reviewer stating that the "chord strum patterns seem to be off in some songs," while another reviewer felt there could have been more detail included with each song, such as song lyrics. Another reviewer mentioned that the book is not really suitable for intermediate guitar players. In summary, the 8 Chords 100 Songs Worship Guitar Songbook is a mixed bag of reviews. It appears to be a great resource for novice guitar players looking to learn some well-known worship songs. However, it may not be comprehensive enough for some more experienced guitarists, and the book does have some layout and detail issues.
