    Answer: It doesn't come with either rating, but you'll get a good amount of use with it. Velcro Cuffs could do with improving. It has zips in the sides from halfway up to the armpits, which helps with keeping body temp low. 1 rear and 1 breast pocket and waterproof.

    Answer: You can tighten neck, wrists and bottom of the jacket. Wrists velcro and neck and base are on elastic pull cords. Collar isn't padded but warm if it's raining.
