The Wilderness Systems Silent Traction Round Orbix Hatch Kit has garnered a mixed reception from customers, who note strengths primarily in aesthetics and functionality but express some dissatisfaction in value and fitting accuracy. Reviewers generally agree that the installation process is straightforward and that the traction pads enhance both the appearance and usability of their kayaks by providing slip resistance and reducing noise from dropped items. Many users appreciate the added color to their kayaks, with the mats fitting well and helping to create a more polished look. However, some buyers have voiced concerns regarding the cost-effectiveness of the product, questioning whether the investment was worth it given the performance of the fit and the quality of the materials. A few reviews highlighted issues such as missing pieces from their kits and discrepancies in the color, noting that the actual shades may not match the descriptions provided. Despite these setbacks, most users would recommend the traction pads as a worthwhile addition to any kayak, especially for those who may not have received them with their purchase. The installation process is generally described as easy, with some tips for enhancing placement accuracy offered by experienced users. Overall, while the Silent Traction Round Orbix Hatch Kit for Kayaks has its drawbacks, particularly in terms of perceived value for money and fitting discrepancies, the overall customer experience leans positive as it contributes significantly to the kayak’s functionality and appearance. **
