Nutritionist's Take
As a 20-year experienced nutritionist, it's crucial to clarify that Tide Clean Breeze HE Turbo Powder Laundry Detergent is not a food product and does not have direct nutritional value for human consumption. However, its ingredient quality and potential health implications are worth noting. This laundry detergent contains surfactants and enzymes designed to break down stains and eliminate odors effectively. While these components are effective for cleaning, they may pose skin irritation risks for sensitive individuals, particularly for children or those with allergies. Consumers should ensure thorough rinsing of fabrics to minimize chemical residue. Furthermore, since it contains synthetic fragrances, those with environmental or health concerns may want to consider alternatives. Overall, this product is suitable for laundry purposes but does not directly contribute to nutrition or health in dietary terms.
Tide Powder Detergent Editorial Review
This product is Tide laundry detergent in individual vend boxes that weigh approximately 2 oz each. There are 156 boxes per case. The individual vend boxes do not have a code on them, but the case of 156 boxes does. It is a powder product that will work in any washer but may produce too much suds for a HE front load washer. Reviews for the product are mixed. Customers generally enjoy the smell of Tide and like the size and portion of the single-use boxes, making them convenient for laundromats or short-term rental properties. However, there have been complaints about the quality of the product, with some customers stating it is less effective than in previous years, and others finding that boxes are not sealed properly or have no product inside. Additionally, some have complained that the case was not securely wrapped during shipping and handling, causing much of the detergent to spill out.
