Users who followed the precautions of adequately freezing the canister have reported excellent results, with just the right texture and Consistency achievable in about 20-25 minutes. These positive experiences are often accompanied by the convenience of the machine and its relatively simple operation, making it appealing for casual home use. However, not all feedback has been positive. Some users have expressed significant dissatisfaction with the product's design and material quality. Complaints include excessive noise during operation, a lack of durability in the plastic components, and the canister losing its cold temperature too quickly, which hampers the freezing process.
