GDOOL Shock Kits 5862 Editorial Review
The GDOOL Aluminum Alloy Shock Absorber comes fully assembled and filled with oil. These shocks are very beefy and big, making them a bit too large for some vehicles. Customers have reported that the shocks work well for the Traxxas Slash and Stampede, but are too long and too big in diameter for the Tamiya Blackfoot. Customers have had mixed experiences with these shocks, with some reporting that they are incredibly stiff, while others have reported that they leak oil and offer little damping. The shock springs have also been noted as being too stiff, not allowing for any sag. It is recommended that shock oil is added to these shocks for optimal performance.
