Body Solid Upper Body Machines Editorial Review
Body-Solid (SGH500B Glute and Hamstring Machine for Weight Training, Home and Commercial Gym - Versatile Lower Body Gym Equipment for Strength Training is a robust machine designed for glute and hamstring workouts that excels in both home and commercial settings. With dimensions of 79"D x 33"W x 51"H, it occupies a significant footprint but provides excellent stability and durability thanks to its heavy-duty construction from 11 gauge steel. Users appreciate that it adjusts vertically and horizontally to fit various body sizes, ensuring comfortable workouts. However, some feedback points out that the plywood under the pad could be improved as it tends to crack under pressure, revealing a minor area for enhancement in design. The machine is praised for its reliability and sturdy build, making it a solid choice for strength training enthusiasts.
