Kegco Kegerator Replacement Parts KC KT85D-L Editorial Review

The Kegco KC KT85D-L Keg Coupler D System is a commercial-style keg coupler that offers superior build quality compared to Consumer models. It is compatible with all D system kegs, including Corona kegs and sixtels. This coupler requires additional equipment for pressurizing the keg, such as a gas tank (CO2 or Nitrogen), a regulator, and a gas hose. On the serving side, a beer line and faucet are also needed. While the coupler itself is well-made, some customers have reported issues with defective parts. One customer mentioned a rough and improperly cast thread on the tap side, which caused damage to the barb hex nut. Another customer experienced a defective pressure relief valve that allowed CO2 to escape. Despite these issues, customers appreciate the commercial-style build and handle of this keg coupler. The majority also had positive experiences with delivery, noting quick delivery times and good customer service from Beverage Factory. Overall, the Kegco KC KT85D-L Keg Coupler D System is a solid choice for those looking for a commercial-style keg coupler, but customers should be aware of the potential for defective parts.
