Nutritionist's Take
Dr. Mercola Liposomal Vitamin C for Kids offers a unique delivery system that enhances absorption, making it a notable option for improving immune and brain function in children. The 125 mg of Vitamin C per capsule supports antioxidant protection and may help prevent common illnesses. With non-GMO, gluten-free, and soy-free credentials, it caters to various dietary restrictions. However, some nutritionists caution against over-reliance on supplements in place of a balanced diet, as whole food sources typically provide more comprehensive nutrition. Additionally, the flavor and palatability might influence compliance amongst kids. While this product can be beneficial in supporting overall health, it should be considered as a complementary addition rather than a primary source of nutrients.
Dr. Mercola Children's Vitamins Editorial Review
Dr. Mercola's Liposomal Vitamin C for Kids Capsules provide 125mg of vitamin C in liquid form in each capsule. The product is non-GMO, soy-free, and gluten-free. Some customers noted that the capsules were difficult for children to swallow, unlike most kids' vitamins that come in the form of gummies or tablets. However, others appreciated the smaller dose in each capsule compared to larger doses found in most adult vitamins. The shelf life of the product is approximately 14 months when stored under the best conditions. Customers have had mixed experiences with the product, with some reporting that it led to diarrhea in their children or arrived in a half-filled capsule. Others appreciated the ease of taking the capsules, and some noted that the product was easy on their stomachs.
