Nutritionist's Take
Forever Living's Forever Bright Toothgel is a fluoride-free toothpaste that incorporates aloe vera gel and bee propolis, providing a natural alternative for those seeking to avoid fluoride. The inclusion of aloe vera offers antibacterial properties and may soothe inflamed gums, while bee propolis can boost oral health due to its antimicrobial benefits. However, the absence of fluoride, a key ingredient in traditional toothpastes known for its ability to prevent cavities, may be a drawback for individuals at higher risk for dental decay. The peppermint-spearmint flavor appeals to those preferring natural flavoring over artificial sweeteners. This product is suitable for various dietary needs, including those adhering to vegan diets, as it does not contain animal-derived ingredients. Overall, while it presents some nutritional benefits from its natural ingredients, consumers should weigh the absence of fluoride against their personal oral health needs.
