Yoshikawa 89035-9 Eatco Nulu Butter Spreader, Silver

The Yoshikawa 89035-9 Eatco Nulu Butter Spreader has garnered a mix of reviews that showcase divergent user experiences. On one end of the spectrum, many customers appreciate the tool for its innovative design and effective functionality when used correctly. The ability to create thin, noodle-like shavings of butter is recognized as a highlight, allowing for easier spreading on toast and other items. Users have praised its sleek stainless steel aesthetic and the reassurance of its high-quality Japanese manufacturing, which contrasts positively against products made in less reputable countries. On the flip side, several customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the item, primarily due to its performance with cold butter. Many have noted that while it shines when the butter is at the right temperature, it falls short when the butter is too cold, leading to frustrating experiences. Users report struggle with transferring the curled butter to bread and ended up with an oily mess. Despite some clever workarounds suggested for making the tool more comfortable, like wrapping the handle, some believe that a traditional butter knife is a more reliable option. Overall, the reception of the Yoshikawa Nulu Butter Spreader is polarized, reflecting both an appreciation for its design and novelty as well as a practical reservation regarding its usability under different conditions. **
