Lavazza Opera Intenso Ground Coffee 12oz Bag, Dark Roast, Bold and Balanced Taste, Intensity 4/5, Arabica and Robusta, Ideal for Drip Brewers, (Pack

The reception of this coffee product has been overwhelmingly negative, primarily due to significant discrepancies between the product description and the actual delivery. Customers are frustrated that the listing prominently states the availability of "6 bags of 12 Oz," but they only received a single 12 Oz bag upon their orders. This misrepresentation has led to disappointment and confusion, with many buyers expressing that they feel misled by the promotional material. Despite the quality of the coffee itself being appreciated by some as a favorite brand, the excitement of purchasing what they believed to be a 6-pack quickly turned into frustration once the reality set in. Numerous customers reported having to deal with refunds or returns because they were expecting a bulk order and could not reconcile the received item with their expectations. The product garnered attention for its attractive price point but left many feeling short-changed upon discovery that the deal was not as it appeared. Overall, while the product itself—when received—meets expectations in terms of taste, the major concern revolves around communication from the seller regarding the quantity of product provided, which significantly taints the overall customer experience. **
