Nutritionist's Take
The Fess Humidifier Propylene Glycol (PG) Solution is primarily designed for use in humidors to maintain optimal humidity levels for cigars. As a nutritionist, it is important to note that Propylene Glycol is recognized as safe for use in food-grade products, but its ingestion in significant amounts may lead to gastrointestinal issues. It does not offer direct nutritional benefits, as it is not intended for consumption and does not provide vitamins, minerals, or other nutrients. While the ingredient quality appears to meet industry standards, the product is primarily a functional solution rather than a health supplement. Therefore, individuals with certain dietary restrictions or those who avoid synthetic compounds should consider potential drawbacks. Overall, while the product serves a specific purpose in maintaining cigar quality, it is not relevant for those seeking nutritional enhancement.
