Vaughan Claw Hammers CFB2HCM Editorial Review
The Vaughan CFB2LM California Framer Hammer has received predominantly favorable reviews from customers who appreciate its solid Construction, lightweight design, and excellent price point. Many users highlighted the hammer's performance in various applications, particularly in challenging environments like high-altitude maintenance work on wooden roller coasters. The 19 oz weight strikes a perfect balance, making it easy to maneuver without sacrificing power, and the included nail starter is a significant advantage, especially for those who need one hand free while working precariously. Users have praised the hammer's design, particularly the axe-style handle that promotes effective striking and minimal vibration. The overall finish has received mixed feedback; while some noted that the quality was acceptable for a hammer in this price range, others felt that the Construction quality could be improved, particularly concerning the hammer head and handle. However, several long-time users expressed their satisfaction with the hammer's balance and functionality, often comparing it favorably to more expensive brands. Despite a few criticisms regarding durability and finish quality, overall, the Vaughan CFB2LM has been well-received as a budget-friendly and reliable option for both professional carpenters and DIY enthusiasts alike. **
