Aleene's Fabric Adhesives Editorial Review
Aleene's Super Fabric Adhesive, Platinum Bond, is a versatile adhesive that can be used for various items. It is perfect for repairing clothing items such as patches on a backpack or regluing patches on jeans. It can also be used to glue fabric on other materials, like velcro on a felt advent calendar. It is a waterproof adhesive, perfect for outdoor use such as repairing a jute rug. The adhesive dries clear and is flexible, although it might make the fabric a little stiffer. One user mentioned that gasoline was the only thing that successfully broke the bond between the glue and an object.
