OXO Good Grips Stainless Steel Countertop Soap Dispenser

**** The OXO Good Grips Foaming Soap Dispenser is a product that garners mixed reviews from users, particularly regarding its effectiveness and longevity. Many customers appreciate the stylish design and ease of filling the dispenser, as well as the ability to mix liquid soap with water to create a rich foam. However, the dispenser has faced Consistent criticism concerning its durability and functionality over time. Users have found that, while the dispenser initially performs well, it often experiences a loss of foaming capability after several months of use. Reports of the pump becoming increasingly difficult to operate and eventually failing are common; once the foaming action ceases, users often resort to manually slamming the pump to dispense soap, leading to frustration and mess. Some customers have noted that although OXO offers good customer service, replacing the dispenser doesn’t guarantee a longer lifespan, as replacements have often experienced similar issues. Additionally, the dispenser is not suitable for all soap types, with thicker hand soaps being particularly problematic as they do not mix well, requiring Constant shaking to maintain emulsification. The large accessible fill hole and visual soap level indicator are praised features, but the overall design appears to have a flaw, especially for those with hand mobility issues, as the smoothness of the pump surface can make it hard to operate with wet hands. In conclusion, while the OXO Good Grips Foaming Soap Dispenser showcases an attractive design and initial functionality, its long-term reliability and performance leave much to be desired. This product may best suit users looking for an aesthetically pleasing option for light use, but those requiring a durable, effective dispenser for frequent use may want to Consider alternatives. **
