Transformers Action Figures F0859 Editorial Review
**** The reception of the Optimus Prime and Ratchet toy set has been generally positive, with many customers praising the quality and design despite some minor drawbacks. Transforming Optimus Prime has been described as a creative masterpiece, although it can be challenging, prompting users to seek out online tutorials for assistance. The colors featured in this set have been highlighted as a strong point, capturing the essence of the IDW Shattered Glass Universe; fans appreciate the fresh take on these iconic characters. While the toys’ articulations received mixed feedback, with some noting that the back wheel of Optimus Prime moves stiffly and has issues like loose joints in some cases, overall, customers found them fun to play with. The durable ratcheting mechanism was particularly well-received, with many reporting that it offers a stable and steady experience during play. The combination of both figures for a competitive price was also noted as a significant selling point, particularly since a single Optimus Prime typically retails for near the set's price. However, these figures are recommended for older children (ages 8 and up) due to the intricacies involved in transforming them. Some users experienced frustration with specific aspects (like Ratchet’s feet or the transformation process), yet the satisfaction of owning both characters outweighed these inconveniences, strengthening fans' affection for this collectible set. **
