Many customers have highlighted the great quality of the item, praising its aesthetic appeal and the impressive shine that offers an OEM-like finish. However, there are significant issues that users have encountered which could detract from the overall experience. A notable concern is the inConsistency in color selection, as several customers reported receiving the wrong color despite their specific requests. This suggests potential communication issues between the seller and customers, which could lead to disappointment. Additionally, fitment problems have been cited, with at least one user noting that the part did not align properly with a 2022 Trident, indicating that compatibility details might not be adequately communicated. Another key drawback is the lack of included installation instructions and necessary hardware. While some users found the installation straightforward, the absence of guidance or fittings could pose challenges for others, especially those less experienced with motorcycle parts. In summary, while the product is lauded for its quality and aesthetics, the shortcomings in color accuracy, fitment, and documentation are significant issues that potential buyers should Consider. **
