Estwing Dead-Blow Hammers Editorial Review
The ESTWING Dead Blow Hammer, weighing in at 26 oz, has received overwhelmingly positive feedback from users for its quality and performance. Customers appreciate the balance and weight of the hammer, which enhances control during use. Reviews highlight that the hammer's Construction uses a no-mar polyurethane material that does not leave any marks on surfaces, a significant advantage for those working on delicate projects. Users have noted that it feels comfortable in hand, with a cushioned grip that adds to its usability. Many reviewers drew comparisons to other brands, noting this dead blow hammer stands out against others they've used, such as the older Stanley model, emphasizing its durability and advanced features. One user particularly praised its ability to deliver precise impacts without rebounding, thanks to its heavy sand filling, making it ideal for tasks like delicate laminate flooring repairs and automotive work without damaging the components. However, some users noted a downside: the material's tendency to chip if struck against steel edges. While there was some disappointment regarding the hammer being manufactured in Taiwan rather than the U.S., users have stated they would continue to trust the product due to its performance. In summary, the ESTWING Dead Blow Hammer is highly regarded by customers for its excellent design, efficient functionality, and superior grip, making it an essential tool for both professional and DIY tasks. **
