In reviewing the customer experience surrounding this TV stand, it appears that opinions are quite varied, with several users praising its ease of assembly, aesthetic appeal, and functionality. Many customers highlighted how simple the setup was, taking approximately 40 minutes, and noted that the inclusion of LED lights added a striking visual enhancement to the stand. The statement from one user that their daughter assembled the stand in less than an hour further underscores its user-friendly design. However, not all feedback is positive. A significant concern raised involved quality issues, including reports of dry-rotted wood and difficulty with screw fittings, leading to cracked wood. Additionally, one dissatisfied customer shared a frustrating experience regarding the vendor's customer service, indicating a lack of support for issues encountered. Some also mentioned missing parts and instructions upon unboxing, which detracted from the overall experience. Nonetheless, despite a few negative experiences, many customers found the stand to meet their needs effectively, especially in situations where wall mounting was not an option. This product seems to have found particular favor among college students and others looking for both style and practicality. ###
