Amazon Basics Parchment 131608 Editorial Review
**Editorial Review of Amazon Basics Non-Stick Parchment Paper** The Amazon Basics Non-Stick Parchment Paper is a practical and dependable choice for anyone looking to streamline their baking and cooking experiences. Customers have Consistently praised its ability to deliver true non-stick performance across a variety of uses, including baking cookies, roasting vegetables, and lining pans for casseroles. The generous 15-inch width fits standard baking sheets perfectly, reducing the need for multiple strips and ensuring an even surface for optimal food preparation. One of the standout features of this parchment paper is its resilience in the oven. Users report that it handles common baking temperatures without tearing or becoming brittle. The cleanup process is significantly simplified, as most messes remain on the parchment, making it easier to keep cookware spotless. Despite its thickness being average, it holds up well under normal oven use, and proactive users appreciated its capacity for cutting cleanly from the roll without shredding. While the product is generally praised, a few users noted minor issues to be aware of, such as slight curling at the edges before use and potential darkening if exposed to grease for extended periods. However, these are not major drawbacks, especially when balanced against the benefits. Overall, this parchment paper is viewed as a kitchen essential that combines quality with affordability, perfect for both casual bakers and culinary aficionados alike. **
