WELD-ON Contact Cements Editorial Review
Weld-On 10159 719 PVC Industrial Solvent Cement, White, 1 Pint is specifically designed for repairing PVC plastic pipes, offering an extra heavy-bodied consistency that enhances fitting insertion and bonding strength. Users appreciate its excellent bonding capabilities, though some note a slower drying time compared to other solutions, typically around 25 to 30 seconds for initial grab, which allows additional time for alignment. However, it features a paint can-style lid without a provided applicator, which some find inconvenient. Despite this minor drawback, the product is recognized for holding well under pressure and providing a good, water-resistant bond once fully cured in 24 hours.
